    Thanks Pete - just to clarify for others reading, I have area specialist who covers the North and the West. I would say 7/10 of our investor clients are opting for the west and 3/10 opting for the north at the moment. Lots of inner East activity as well, Richmond, Kew, Hawthorn, Armadale, Fairfield.
