Any suggestions for a bank to setup a business account?

Will go and have a browse on infochoice but am curious as to whether there are any standouts?

What's the purpose of the account?

I use Savings and Loan Credit Union (Business Online account) for running my trust - for my usage it has no bank fees, pays good interest rate (3% for balances less than $5000, 3.9% for balances over $5000), direct debit/credits and internet access.

As it is a credit union, it doesn't have many branches (only one in Sydney when I set up the account) meaning I had to go into the city to open the account. After that I have done everything via phone or fax - their customer service has actually been fantastic.

    For my usage, it's perfect.

    Regards,

    Jason

    Depends on your requirements
If you need a cheque book your options are limited.
For straight forward online account, I'd go with rabobank
I believe the account is called premium saver and paying 5.5%
but you need to be depositing at least $200/month to get the premium interest rate
