    Hi guys,

    Anyone know what is listed in John Linderman's latest Bulletproof Suburbs Report for Perth? And/or interested in sharing the purchase costs?

    Linderman uses supply + demand metrics to forecast near term growth. If you believe what you read (from him!) it is highly accurate. I also know some in the industry who rate his work very highly.

    As with any 'expert' I would never rely solely on their advice, but I am interested to see where he recommends as 'another piece of the research puzzle'.

    Subdivisions with a 'brick' covenant and ballistic glass? These houses are usually bulletproof .

    Naa @Scott No Mates. We are talking Boom predictions here, which in Perth is a euphemism for meth lab. That's why we build double brick.

    Bullet Proof.... good marketing title

    I would be interested in viewing his last predictions, and what he actually got right. Predictions are just that, not too many gurus get it right.

    I am pretty sure a couple did nothing... including a suburb in Busselton which the name escapes me at the moment.
