    Hi All,

    Looking for recommendation for a building surveyor /inspector in the Ballarat area. Need help to inspect, advise and certify construction work for subdivision.

    I have an existing block of units that is currently joined together as a single structure under one title. Need to check if the brick wall separating them is fire rated and will satisfy requirement for subdividing into individual dwelling.
