My bad. I didn' realise they are generally not included. Who owns the storm water assets?

Sorry to stop the momentum on these incredibly crafted puns. However for the uninformed what are the complications with using 1001?

@kierank and @Scott No Mates for the havoc you've caused on this site....you both deserve to be On Site Detention before you tank this place any further.

The suggestions are to consider the 1001 other sites on the market at any time which don't have drainage issues.

Can we get back to the diversions? I'm now drained.

The deeper the trench, the easier to disperse.

+1 what gaiusb said. The overland flow is probably the bigger issue here. Any development at the rear of the existing house will need to be elevated above ground level, with at least a 1.5m - 2.5m undercroft (slab on ground not possible).

what is the attraction to this block? Really cheap? I haven't looked up the property but it doesn't look that special from the picture (even not considering the multiple underground matters and overland flow).

@Scott No Mates is it the devils work because of the sewer?

I’ve found a block with one pipe. Is that bad too? It transects the block about 2/3 and 1:3 but not currently under the house
