    Hi,

    Just wondering what people use for their building insurance? What are some quality insurance companies out there that is reputable? Thinking about signing up to Comminsure as that's the one I've been using for a while, but we've never made a claim, so no idea there.

    Quite a few investors use Terri Scheer or EBM, and then group the Landlord insurance with it.

    Have a search for those names PropertyChat and see what others say.

    One thing to note, EBM does not cover Flood damage.

    i use calliden - had a few claims before - they are ok to deal with.
