Building inspector and conveyancer Brisbane

    Does anyone have any recommendations for a good centrally located building inspector in Brisbane. In particular one who knows their stuff about old wooden houses eg rot, water, raising, extending, termites etc I really need an experienced person to come around the place with me and be thorough and understand solutions. I'm looking at properties some of which are not in great condition and I don't have a trades background.
    I also need to get a conveyancer in brisbane I work in the cbd so maybe someone in the cbd could be helpful but happy to look at any recommendations thank you in advance

    I've used The Inspector (for pest & building), very thorough with lots of detail & am currently using Darryl and his team @ Certus Legal. So far only good things!!
