Building inspection clause

    Got a friend looking at putting an offer on a place in WA. My understanding the standard building inspection clause is rather week and doesnt let you do much unless there is a structural defect. Does anyone have a decent building inspection clause handy that will ensure rectification of anything picked up (or pulling out of contract). Cheers

    You could just write one contingent on an inspection to your satisfaction? Maybe your solicitor can prepare the wording for you.

    It wouldn't be popular with any agent or seller with half a brain though. Are you sure you really need it?

    In the past I'd just gotten an inspection done before I offered.
