    Hello PCs,

Just wondering whether the building industry will get any better with time?
Have seen a lot of reports with price adjustments, delays etc etc

Would it be wise to hold onto any land with no income with the hope of developing later down the track?

Or it’s better to sell the land and shop for existing homes in this environment?!
Transaction costs will definitely hurt but not sure whether the situation will get any better soon!

The problems you will face is the rising inflation costs on all building materials-- then add on the labour cost's then supply..
From my small experience vacant undeveloped land will send you broke.
