    I'm getting a duplex build through a large builder.

    I want to see if the price is fair for the proposed build.

    Is this what a lawyer would do as part of a building contract review?

    Or is this a home valuation?

    If neither, what type of professional would offer this service? Or is it up to me to go directly to a bunch of builders and get a quote myself.
