    Hi,

    I am looking forward to buy a property in near future and just wondering if there is any recommendation for Building and Pest Inspector. I have done a online search and found many in Brisbane area (30 Km radius) and just wondering if they all are the same or if there are any better recommendations available around this area?

    Call an agent local to the property and ask them for recommendations. They know the ones with more personality that a lump of wood who can convey the true picture to you in person, the ones who will tell you face to face to save you wading through 78 pages of "get out" clauses and can tip you who to avoid... the ones who will scare buyers away with badly written reports.

    Depends what area, I can recommend the best one I have ever seen he works mostly on the north side, specifically Moreton Bay.
