    Hi to all,
    i would like to ask if their is a good B&P service in the Yagoona Bass Hill area Sydney.
    I considered using the guy our purple bricks agent had come through, when we sold a couple of months ago, but did not really like his report, he just wandered through and picked the easy stuff without any real effort. (PB have a building and Pest on all their listings which they pay for, then interested parties pay like $9 online for a copy but pay full amount on settlement).
