    So I'm fairly new to all of this and I haven't got a team behind me, I was hoping everyone here could recommended a good Broker, Accountant, and Solicitor/Lawyer. Obviously Commercial property savvy.

    I live in Perth, and having my team in Perth would be preferred. But I'm happy to work with someone based anywhere in Australia who works nation wide if they're good.

    What do you mean by commercial?
    There are loads of Commercial BAs but they assist large organisations to source developers and project specific sites who can provide them a property. eg ANZ Bank, Telstra etc with leasebacks of design specific sites. They work for large agencies and spend years on projects that are worth 100s of millions. Commercial agents are very scalable in their services.
