    Just want to ask what is the process for building a garage?

    What is the estimated cost for a basic weatherboard one?

    and

    How long will it take?

    Double or single
    Pitched or flat roof
    Tin or tile roof
    Painted or not
    Concrete floor or gravel with footings
    Water supply and drainage (for a trough)
    Roller door or barn doors
    Single access door
    Locks ?
    Electricity connected or not
    Are retaining walls needed

    Or can you live with a carport? Garage takes time to open and close, can be bit of a hassle.

    I am just thinking garage probably more attractive for potential tenants, bit more secure I guess or can be a store/workshop room
