    They sent me a direct deposit form which I sent them back promptly, have sent an email to the Rep and his manager in the morning no reply yet, if it is not resolved in a couple of days, might have to do something different.

    Just received an email from the builder regarding EFT, it looks like the issue's been resolved. Thanks all for your valuable inputs.
