I've dealt with quite a few builders as a mortgage broker and seen all sorts of problems. Richard and his team have been incredible. They've been very organised though out the build. My development is fairly complex and has had quite a few challenges, it's a custom build with split levels on a sloping block. They've either dealt with the problems that have arisen before I knew about it or they've given me options.
