In the processing of creating a design for back unit.
We have a sewer line to the left and rear back of the block with an easement in the corner.

Can we still build an alfresco over the area or will the council not allow it? (Wanneroo)
Attached the design for further reference.

Generally you would have an easement for where both sewer lines run, not just where they meet in the corner (???).
However, you cannot build over sewer lines or in their zone of influence, as they might need to be dug up / repaired at some point. If they do need digging up, whatever you have constructed over the top of them will be destroyed with no legal requirement of the utility company or council to make good.
