Broker recommendation: refinance for PPOR

    Hi guys

    Hoping for a recommendations for a broker to assist with refinancing my PPOR. Have tried a broker that comes highly recommended on this forum however they don't seem particularly interested in returning emails/phone calls, so someone who with great communication skills would be awesome.

    Any thoughts? I'm based in SEQ but I guess location isn't much of an issue(?).

    Location doesnt matter. 90% of my clients are interstate. Sorry you've had a bad experience ...try someone else :)

    Agree - location shouldn't be an issue. Currently working from some small town near Forster for the week :) Stable internet connection is all that's needed.

    Indeed. Communication is very important. Also, stay way from Brokers who don't reply emails in full. Ask 3 questions and they answer 1. Yes, some brokers are very busy but end of the day it is still a business transaction and I've seen some who act like they are doing their client a favor - Just No.

    Plenty of good ones on the forum.

    I have found it helpful if you number your questions so it is harder for the replier to miss answering one.

    Indeed. I always number my questions rather than implying there is a question somewhere in the long paragraph. Nevertheless, I did come across a Broker or two(not from this forum) who don't answer questions in full.
