    Hi everyone.

Looking to purchase a PPOR in Sydney. Does anyone have any broker recommendations that are familiar with loan applications for those with overseas income only?

    Thanks!

Qudos (Qantas credit union) is superior in this space as a) they take 100% of the converted income, b) their rates are excellent and c) and most importantly their overall policy is fantastic.

The next tier of lenders include ANZ, CBA, Betterchoice but they all take 80% of the converted income.

All lenders will do max 80% LVR and some other like Westpac, etc do 70%.

After going through 40+ brokers who couldn't get loans as my income was offshore and in USD, I used Catherine on +61 410 513 014 or at [email protected]. This was about 3 years ago when credit was tight but got a way better deal than what I was previously on.
