QLD Brisbane Strata Management for Townhouses

    Hi guys,

    We’re looking at selling some of our Brisbane townhouses. First to go will be a lot of 5 in Camp Hill. We developed them about 10 years ago and registered a Body Corp at the time to enable us to strata title the units.
    However, haven’t done anything since then related to strata management as we own all the units.
    Now that we want to start selling them, I’d guess we have to get a strata manager in to split the bills for insurance and any small maintenance for the common areas.

    Does anybody have any recommendations for strata managers of small lots such as this?
