Do you have an awning or something going over the front door to protect it?

Something like this mate. It's a big driveway, could fit two in garage and 5-6 outside if you had to for parties.

Just to be clear that photo above was only an example of the driveway well do for the slope. My Dev is the two homes above not quite finished yet. :)

    Hey @Leeroy93,

This lot have been moving quiet fast. Yes I think I'm quite hands on. If it's not sent on time I call up the site supervisor to ask why, however he has been pretty good. I request plenty of photos ( I only post a small fraction) , then I go over everything to make sure what's being put in matches my specs. They also do video conference calls with me to have walk throughs to view progress and ask questions etc.

    1st update for 2020:

This week plasters will be working on lot 4, pre paint prep and then the painters will come through to finish all internal paint so at the end of next week they'll hopefully start the internal fit off.

Lot 5 still has the tilers in there starting back tomorrow. Cabinetmakers won't be back till next week to install cabinets ..grrrr

All the glass balustrades and front deck screens are going in this week on both houses.

Pendant light in lot 4 is installed and I've been told it can also be seen from street view. @wylie I think you may have been looking at that one..?

    Some snaps:

    displayfile (23).jpeg

To the right there will be a feature screen above a bbq area.

Looks like it will be a quality finish.

What is the gap between those 2 buildings? The photo is deceiving and it looks like there isn't even 1m between them.
