    Hello all,

    I have recently purchased an investment property in inner northern Brisbane. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom post war Queenslander style home. Currently tenanted until Feb 2021.

    It has a TV room in addition to a living and dining room. I am looking to convert the TV room (7m x 4m) into a master bedroom + Ensuite/ WR to increase rental yield.

    Does anyone have any recommendations on builders they have had a good experience with for a renovation of this kind?
