    Interesting story - Q to the lawyers here, for the 24.5K amount, was it really worth appealing to the court of appeals and now supreme court? Surely both sides have now exceeded the 25K in legal fees?

    Definitely not worth it for the agent. The purchaser would have recovered some costs.
