What make you think that's a bargain?
    I don't think it's a bargain at all, though I'm not a local.

Excuse my cynicism... but you're a new member, most of your posts have been about Deagon (and this specific property in particular), and you've limited who can view your profile...

You wouldn't happen to have an interest in this property would you? Like, be the owner? Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it looks a bit sus if you don't disclose it!

Hey, like I said - please excuse my cynicism (and accept my apology!)

Why do you think it's a bargain if it's "a dump"? Seems like a pretty normal price for a property like that?

    Location +
    Noise -
    House -
    Land Value +
    Flood marking -
Actual Flood risk + (just last 5m of edge is actually at risk)

510 to 520 would be my expectation of actual sale and rent it out and wait for suburb to change.
Everton park did the same from 2013 till now was 450k or so now 750 seems base price

I like that area around sandgate and belive it will be more attractive to new generation of people.
    knock down rebuilds etc.

Cheap property is cheap for a reason.

    That’s all she wrote.

There is nothing wrong with that house, it's the location under the motorway.

If I knew of any bargains I’d be buying them not sharing them ;)

    Lol exactly my thought

This thread would be useless until you know if it’s a bargain or not, ie when the listing switches to “sold”, which takes 30-60 days. And by that point, everything is a bargain.

I've been looking for a bargain anywhere in Brisbane. Seems there are absolutely no bargains remaining at all in pretty much any suburb or council. :( :(

And that, folks, is because Brisbane is Booming. What do these people expect?
