    I'm thinking you were still in primary school at that time? To dismiss the Brisbane floods and buyer caution related to Brisbane flooding doesn't highlight your intelligence or DD skills.

    No I was not. Try another insult. A couple of swear words may assist.

    I recognise the significance. Just as anyone would realise Brisbane floods affected a few thousand out of millions once in a generation. Yet there is panic about it from some people. Just as I am panicking about Newcastle being earthquake prone.

    Keep it civil. No personal attacks.

    I think it's true the floods have caused unwarranted concern. Water came up then subsided in one hour. Did a lot of water damage but for the most part wasn't destructive in a smashing way (except a few houses in lockyer valley).
    Of The total bne though only a small % of homes actually got wet.

    I'm not that familiar with the Newcastle market.
    But there are plenty of suburbs that don't flood in Brisbane.
