Hi Propertychat, found this site by chance and liked what I saw. I am about to buy my first property (with many more to follow hopefully) and thought it would be nice to surround myself with fellow property enthusiasts. A little about me, my name is Jaime, I live with my partner in Coorparoo and can't wait to get into the market. I love my job, which is working for the Start Smart Program, an initiative funded by Commbank (I promote and present financial literacy workshops throughout Brisbane/Logan/Gold Coast). I'm 30, massive gamer nerd, and have strange pets- 2 female rats named Belle and Penny, a Sun Conure named Pablo Picasso, and recent addition to the family, a friend for Pablo, a Yellow-sided Blue-Green Cheek Conure named Leonardo DaVinci (yes I'm a crazy bird guy). 3 of my properties were once PPORs. More an accident than a strategy. I haven't watched the last season yet. Might do that now.
