The bistro is on the high side of the car park - I'd say look for the "eclectic" mix of people. I probably won't be the first one there, but I'll try and remember to bring a copy of the API mag.

Someone needs to come up with a PropertyChat property investors shirt for members to wear to opens and meetups.

I missed the boat on these big land sites
Twenty years ago my mentor said the money was in in these big sites
He brought many large sites from churches , loss making campsites , ex motor trade suppliers (after they stopped manufacturing cars in nz) ....but i could not do it.
I could not bear to buy a negatively geared property
SO he is now a well off investor and am still a small investor
Everyone knows the potential of these sites ....no more bargains

 

Would be keen for a meetup in brissy late Aug.. Flying in from Malaysia for a week
