    Hi, partly making this thread to say hello and partly to get enough cred to post on other parts of the forum...not sure if there is a post limit.

    Anyway I am from Canberra and have been following the property market since about 2012. I have a unit in Brisbane (New Farm) bought in 2016 and a house in Brisbane (Bald Hills) purchased this year.

    Hoping to learn more about the property market and make some more investments at some stage, although I think my borrowing capacity is close to maxed out.
