Brisbane I.P. Reno recommendation

hi Guys,
Hoping you can help with this! Fairly new on the investment property journey and a little late into it also.
Purchase 2 places early this year in Brisbane, one is a 70's era townhouse and the other a small 80's house on a 405 block, both rented to students. I manage one and the other came with tenants and a PM who is pretty useless. (Despite several requests to attend 2 different inspections, I have missed both, they do not call, do not respond, follow up etc) I have not bothered too much about this as I will offload them when the lease runs out in nov. But it means I have not been able to measure up a really old bathroom and separate toilet to get tentative quotes.

I am hoping to move an internal wall to increase a bedroom size, which will mean knocking back part of the wall to the kitchen also.
Complete reno of bathroom (approx size 2.5 x 2 so good size)
Replace carpet with laminate in large living area
Repaint and replace ceiling fans

I am hoping to find someone as a one stop shop(reno kings?)to do the work but not sure who to use? Can anyone recommend someone for this in the Brissy area?
