Slacks Creek also seems to be very reasonable big blocks also any views on Eagleby Beenleigh area half way between the Gc and Brissy best of both worlds also close to the Logan Hyperdome.

    Budget?

If you have around 700k to spend, try to get as close to inner city circle as possible.

I think the best place is close to loganlea station, within the zoning for low density housing if you can, just be quite specific with the zoning. Meadowbrook near the hospital is quite nice for more money. Logan is a very spread out council area now, so logan urban or logan rural? These are personal opinions only.
