    Bne prices down last quarter. The boom that was predicted not only has not occurred but we are actually seeing losses.
    Even seeing properties discounted now in blue chip suburbs.

    It's only one quarter. Still doing fairly well over the year. Still time for a boom. Prices definitely going up in my area (Aspley/Zillmere) with houses sold within a few days of them coming onto the market.

    Same thing further North in Strathpine and Redlcliffe peninsula is also now quite warm.

    With Sydney coming off the boil money will travel upwards to Brissie in droves.

    Yeah, houses in the mid-North still selling pretty quickly.

    Yeah i agree. Watch for fundamentals to drive further growth. The stronger the fubdamentals the more consistent, less volatile, and stronger the growth imo.

    I don't see the fundamentals as being good. Net loss in migration. Nothing much happening economically... What are you seeing?

    Economically there is stuff happening. The investment money from foreign companies isnt going to dissapear. Its not just intent either...the cranes are still in the sky.
    Dont mix brisbanr with qld. Qld , yeah i agree...but not brisbane.
