    Hi all

    With majority of people thinking that there will be an oversupply in the Brisbane CBD unit market shortly and some experts stating that the prices will fall dramatically soon.

    Can anyone post any bargains yet on apartments in the Brisbane CBD?

    Is the sky really going to fall on this market? Let's say it does fall how bad will the drop in price be?
