    Anyone here with bowmaker realty? They have given me a good quote for two of my rentals in north brisbane area and seem to be quite active there. They are a small boutique realty not active elsewhere which might be good for the area?

    Anyone having first hand experience with them?

    Never heard of them and I'm quite active within the PM scene. Where did you find them?

    If you're looking for someone for your property in Brisbane there's also some forum options to consider such as @Andrew Hancock

    They have managed one of my North Brisbane properties for 12 months now with no issues..

    I have purchased from them but manage with @DiligentPM - could not ask for better property managers - always above and beyond with service and advice

    They are great indeed. Had a brief interaction with them and found them very cooperative.
