    Looking for literature or other sources to grow my knowledge in property investment.

    Can anyone recommend good up to date books they've come across or similar sources?

    If you haven't already, I'd recommend starting with the mindset stuff first.
    The how is the easiest part once you determine the why.
    And then investing in property specifically is only a tiny part of the how.
    The how is who you become.

    I liked Michael Yardney's 'how to grow a multimillionaire property portfolio - in your spare time'. I reckon it's one of the most comprehensive books on property investment. Just look past the occasional sales pitch.
