    For those that may be interested there is a YouTube channel called Fight Mediocrity. The guy essentially summarises books highlighting their main points and accompanies them with some neat illustrations. The majority of videos go for around 10 mins.

    I am reading a lot of property investment books these days to build up my knowledge. 18 in last 2 months to be precise.

    I have found another book which is worth mentioning .. although not about property but about economics of our country. economy and property are tied together :)

    Haven't hear of this oddly named sole before but he founded Success magazine 100+ years ago after overcoming quite a lot of adversity and wrote 50 books of ye olde motivational kind.

    Napoleon Hill and Dale Carnegie were big fanboys.

    Picked up 'Australian Property Finance Made Simple' by Konrad Bobilak at the library and it was a surpringly good read. Never heard of the guy before but some pretty good information on tax and strategy for beginners.

    Don't let the cover put you off :p
