I recently had a tenant turn over with a gap of around 6 weeks. The new tenant has reported missing blind connectors in the head track. PM classifies this as wear and tear. IMO this should be claimed from the outgoing tenant as they did not report it. Do you think broken and missing blind connectors can be w&t?

    property is in qld

Depends whether you can prove the outgoing tenant is liable. "They did not report it" is not a legal basis for a claim. What other evidence do you have about what happened to them?

Aren't they only a few dollars anyway?
