    India is as bad or worse than China for slapping on tarriffs. I would think India might get some as a last resort and Pakistan would be a preferred market but Saudi is a big contender the $15 a tonne drop gives it pricing into the Saudi market.

    But his message regarding mining is correct

    mining is most important export we have and will take us out of recession.
    Last financial year figures
    Iron ore leads record $281b mining exports

    We are probably lower this year? Cant find anything on lastest export figures

    l must admit and yeah l know , but l detest mining myself for what it does to our landscape , even if it is usually out in the middle of nowhere.
    Now his fighting the Aboriginal people for their land title so that he can keep digging up their backyard . Always knew he's pretensive so called care for our Aboriginals had whiskers all over it.

    Howard? He was the working person's worst enemy. He attacked unions. He taxed us to the hilt (there's his budget surplus). He tried to put worker's on individual contracts. Nah, best we forget.
