Good Monday all. Its that time of week again. Please record your weight for this week in this thread so that I can update the spreadsheet.

There were some great numbers last week. Hopefully those who pulled those great numbers can back it up again this week.

    105.0 kg

This is about 1.5kg in a week - I noticed a big change in physique mid week - not sure why, but I've ramped up my weight lifting volume

Happy with the number after unavoidable pizza then birthday party over weekend

    78.1kg not a great week.

Too much drinking and eating. Back home this week so hopefully no more gains

58.3 for me. Two dinners out. Not major blow outs but anything over 1100 calories and I put on weight.

Slight gain over last weeks weight, but just normal fluctuation.
Slowly getting deadlifts up, did 3 x 5 @ 160kg last week with room to move up this week.
Don't know how much more weight I can lose whilst continuing to get stronger.

67.1kg this morning which is 300g down from last week. Got to a low point of 66.1kg during the week but had burger and chips for dinner friday night and maccas for lunch saturday which ruined that...

On the upside back in the exercise groove again but living on anti-inflammatories to be able to function properly which I hate having to do.

    Good job.
Once you break into the 80's, it'll be down all the way.
    Are you still deadlifting?

@Ace in the Hole sure am.

Last week I upped my gym time and am now doing gym 5 times a week, which sees me up and out before 5:45am most days.

I went this morning, up at 5:30am and won't get home from work tonight until 8pm if I'm lucky :(

I am not a morning person, made worse by long hours.... zzz

Sitting here in the office at the moment trying to do a power point presentation before heading to an OC meeting, while my brain is slowly shutting down

Another week backwards for me. 88.8kg.

I think Im at a weight point where losing actual mass will be losing actual muscle.

Have been riding a bit sporadic of late, but the rides I have been doing have been on the tougher side for what its worth. Starting to think about this WR climbing caper. If I think too much, Ill scare myself.

My eating has not improved either. Not fast food, but just not controlling portion size or thinking about smart choices. Need to turn a few things around.

88.2 some emotional eating this week. Yesterday was about 90 which is why I didn't want to weigh in. OK to put down 90 but then if I have a really good week this week my weight loss will look even greater.
Always feel more motivated after weigh in so am pretty good through the week but then go for gold on the weekend - some complex rationalisations going on there.
Anyway, general trend is down and clothes looking baggy even though I can't possibly wear the next size down yet.
    Waist measurements down 5cm.
Hope I can stay on plan this week. Think I would feel better too.
Well done to all you very motivated exercisers!
@pinkboy how soon is your bike challenge?
