77.7 kg. Waist 105 cm. Last week, I didn't change my eating habits much but didn't do much activities. My Monday tennis also stopped thanks to the cold weather.

Hey, I'm exactly the same weight as you at 77.7kg this morning.
Measured my waist too - 79cm.

Whoops, coming in a little late!

Depending on the day I'm usually sitting around 91.2-91.9 - would be nice to crack the 90kg mark this week though.

I've purchased muscle meals direct - look it up. I was hesitant as I've done Lite n Easy a couple of times and it's utter rubbish, but needed something to make me eat as that's one of the hardest things. MMD is more expensive than Lite N Easy but is targeted towards those looking to build muscle, rather than just lose fat. I must say it's bloody delicious!

Checking it and it's looking great! Does it have something like YouFoodz with referral code?

Get that protein into you to build those muscles.
Body composition will change gradually over time.

You got to get that gut mass and transfer it to the chest and delts for the 1.6 shoulder to waist ratio to be attractive to the ladies ;)

Do you have a machine for that?

Don't need any equipment or machines to achieve that.
Can do lots of core work on the floor and to widen the delts, slowly graduate up to handstand push ups.
Do pull ups on some playground equipment at the park.

139.4. Steady but slow progress which was intended. Still the occasional treat, like eating out with the family at Eat St Markets.

I measured my waist just now because I haven't done 96cm - I recall that 90 or 100cm is a magic number for increased cardiovascular disease.

    My chest/shoulders was 137cm = 1.47 ratio.

Ill do the spreadsheet today. Spent yesterday driving and then setting up the camper (travelled for Netball Carnival).

I had a really good week last week. 87.9kg, another loss. I did almost 500km on the bike, plus lots of walking. Made sure I was up every hour at work going around the workshop, and even walked to customers up the road a fair few times.

Had a pretty serious blow out meal Friday night. Shallow fry chips, sausages, eggs on toast, baked beans. It had more oil than texas. Washed down with Coke and a drumstick icecream afterwards.

This week will be a challenge being away. I did bring my bike for some short rides between schedule.

You are not alone. I'm up as well. But this thread has forced me to look harder at what I'm doing wrong. So it is a good thing.

Um, no idea actually. Would be good though as it's not cheap!!

Side not, I hate tuna. I had tuna from MMD yesterday and loved it.

The only thing I haven't liked so far is their lean breakfast, which I've removed now. It comes with egg whites and protein bread - the bread is gross in my opinion, so I do make my own breakfast and snacks.

My body has already changed quite a bit over the last few months. But I haven't had the right diet for it, whilst this isn't the perfect solution, it's a lot better than previously.
