What? How so?? I'm 99.9% sure you have misinterpreted my post, or 99.9% sure I have not portrayed what I intended.

Any reason you were carrying your undies instead of wearing them?

Taking it the worst possible way, like weighs enough to be 2 people? Odd.
Clearly there are 2 people with very similar user names.

Yes. That's what I meant (edit: the user names!!). Nothing else. I think my history here would speak to that.

Some touchy people around lately, something in the water.
But some good results in there, good on you people, keep it up!

Hey, I only drink water & black tea without sugar anyway. It's not often I have anything else.

naw, you called me skinny! :D

Yeah, I didn't want to lose weight too quickly. I was happy with ~500g a week. This plateau has been ok as it's given my skin a bit of a chance to catch up.

My 'right' was just eating the way I know that makes my body happy. I know different things work for different people but for me it's truly the cutting out carbs and if I do have carbs it's not the sugar kind of carbs. I usually have less than 35g a day.

I don't think next weigh in will be too spectacular as *TMI warning* it's the wrong time for me to be losing weight this week.

I used to weigh myself only once a month so that it doesn't become an obsession. Weekly is interesting though. Have to be careful not to weigh more often - it's crazy making. Weight loss is a bit like capital gains - looks better when you only check now and then.

Skater (mother), Lil Skater (daughter), skaters legs - something many skaters (not just our family) complain about.

Yeah, having the scales there and weighing every day can be a bit futile.
There are going to be little ups and downs, better to be little longer between.
