I live near Quakers Hill area(Schofields). My kids are going to Hambledon public school. I cant advise what & where to buy. PM me if you are looking for more info about the area in general and the schools near by which may help you in understanding the area better.

The public school ranking website would help.

My nieces went to a public primary school there... no issues. And @Travelbug taught there.

Cherrybrook has 3 public schools. All 3 are great schools. However it is the High School which makes Cherrybrook famous. Ironically not all part of Cherrybrook is zoned into the High School.

As it is currently oversubscribed more of cherrybrook will lose admission to this wonderland. I would suggest not buying anywhere that is on the edge of the catchment. That said castle hill high is improving rapidly likely a result of school shopper refugees zoned out of cherrybrook.

One of the most overenrolled schools in the state.
