Over the same period, the Bahrs Scrub area (postcode 4207) recorded a median price figure of $182,862, while the southern Brisbane suburb of Rochedale recorded a median price approximately $262,000 in excess of this. Northern Gold Coast suburbs are between $35,600 and $437,100 more expensive than the Bahrs Scrub area, further highlighting the affordability of Bahrs Scrub. Over three years to December 2015, vacant land sales in major new estates (in excess of 50 sales per annum) across the Logan LGA have recorded average growth of 7.5 per cent.

    Rental Analysis
    Rising house prices within the Brisbane LGA have promoted increased attention and market activity for affordable new housing options in greenfield areas such as those located within the Logan LGA.     Yeah,but surrounded by decent suburbs like windaroo and mtwarren park where land is quite expensive.

    Not that I know anything about the suburb in particular, but that summary of the suburb just screams "GENERIC" to me. Any of that information could have applied to hundreds of suburbs around the country really - it doesn't help me figure out whether its a good place to invest in.
