The amount of land available sends me running.

 

Yeah,but surrounded by decent suburbs like windaroo and mtwarren park where land is quite expensive.

 

Not that I know anything about the suburb in particular, but that summary of the suburb just screams "GENERIC" to me. Any of that information could have applied to hundreds of suburbs around the country really - it doesn't help me figure out whether its a good place to invest in.
