    I got a call back regarding the second quote. They will be going to the house to have a look this week. The woman I first spoke to in their office said they usually quote "around $2,000" for the first part of the job so will be interesting to see what they come back with

    Whole bathroom should be about that price in a city, look elsewhere is my vote too.
