I've been skimming this forum to see if there have been any recent discussions/answers around this, but alas no.

This is for my PPOR in western suburbs. I'm looking to renovate the kitchen, 1 upstairs bathroom, and en-suite (rip out and replace). I'd like to keep the current stone benchtop / layout in the kitchen, but new cabinets, sink, stove-top. and possibly flooring in kitchen and repairs or refit in eating/rumpus area. (timber) It's an 80's era 2-storey.

Anyone have recommendations for builders/companies that offered a competitive price and delivered on time/budget to your satisfaction?

Mitch has been the main "hands on" builder for two recent major renovations, including a new bathroom and kitchen in each house, new timber stairs, moving windows, moving walls, installing hanging beams.

He has a kitchen guy who made us two new kitchens.

He's also just done a new bathroom for us at our own house.

He's a good builder. Nice chap too.

Thanks! Sounds good. My history with trades here has ben really hit & miss. I keep a list, but haven't dealt with a project like this yet, so the forum looked like the place to ask. :)
