    Well after thinking we had got out of being charged for this product previously it won't go away.
    One agency which we have 5 properties through have just tried to charge us again for this service despite never agreeing to it. I am more than a little annoyed, I know this was covered on SS but is anyone else still being charged this? I intend to get a refund but it really annoys me, selling a product to those who don't opt out. In this case I don't think we even received the usual opt out paperwork.:mad:
