    Hmm not sure how they came up with this but Rowville doesn’t seem to match this data set.
    Higher prices (@$848k median) & established suburb compared to newer (Re FHB) estates or traditionally lower SE areas.

    Not sure I’d call it battler either, but when article quotes Martin North and other group I’ve never heard of for their expert opinion, must admit I tend to tune out a bit.
    Especially when their analysis says a lot of Victorians are spending their money on mortgage and bills.
    Depending on classification of things such as takeaway foods etc, Given in an extended stage 4 lockdown, I’m not sure what other possibilities remain to spend on?? I would have thought it was 100% actually.

    Yes your probably right should have done DD on the source

    In real terms anyone will struggle if they are over leveraged, or just happen to lose their job, and in current environment its dependent on industry
