Reverse psychology? If it's marketed badly it must be cheaper and hence people will fight for it :D

Not many things are better than chocolate tho

And I top it up with a dark chocolate mocha from Lindt... better than chocolate. Chocolate plus coffee :D

Mocha chocolate Tim tams... amazing. A big fan here.

    Edit: is actually "Expresso martini"
But I have to agree.... chocolate and coffee go so well together.
I also like the Oxfam fair trade chocolate with coffee nibs. Very addictive.

The upside is unlike chocolate, the t/h won't melt in the sun thanks to the splitty in the bedroom.

Looks more like a rental ad than a for sale ad.

Ones like this wouldn't impress me if I was a vendor, nothing wrong with the photos or the blurb but I feel made a critical mistake (especially if you think of notifications).

Ok you have me completely stumped.
Is it Piper = "pied piper" --> death -->Fawkner --> cemetery, Ash --> Cremation -->Death?

Those photos are superb compared to some of the effort SA agents put in

Someone has serious bowel problems and can't sleep or the agent got it wrong.
