BA for development sites in Eastern States

Does any one know of any buyer's agent currently sourcing development blocks and assisting with feasibility studies? I understand @Be Developer offered this service and was doing this in Syd & Vic but I've tried contacting him to no avail and note he hasn't been on this forum for almost a month.

Are there also any experienced developers on this forum that would be available for a meetup over a coffee so that I can ask some questions and generally pick their brain. I am more than happy to pay for your time. I'm currently based in Sydney at the moment but can travel anywhere. Feel free to PM me.
