BA Brisbane - Streamline or Propertology

    Looking to buy first IP. Has anyone had experience using Streamline property or propertology?

    No idea about them, but i know several peope who were very happy with Andrew Allen Real Estate

    OP probably has no intention of coming back here but maybe the SEARCH function needs to be bigger so people use it...

    Both BA charges 11k+gst & 15k+gst respectively. Is that worth paying? They may be good BA’s, but their fee is like upwards of 3% assuming the purchase price is of $400k.

    Have heard these 2 on smart property podcast...

    Streamline specialise in Brisbane only so feel like they are well across the market.

    Propertyology seem to be more focused on regional markets looking for the next capital growth hotspot.

    Guess it depends on strategy

    The whole covid thing has put the IP on the back burner for the moment until things settle down a bit.

    Are you looking for a property you could value to straight away (sub divide or renovator) or are you simply just looking for a buy and hold property?
