    I work casually for a buyer's agency and I'm across all of metropolitan Perth, and probably quite a few regional areas in a pinch.

    Wow, how do you manage all the inspections? I know clients like to have walk-through videos and assuming an average of 2 hours for inspection there is a lot of time spent inspecting if you work across all the metropolitan areas and regional too. If you do desktop selection and ask the agents to inspect on your behalf different story but I think different service too.

    I used @Matthew Hughes from Capital Property Advisory after some research and he was excellent. Whole team was very professional and got me a great result. Would recommend.

    I think they might have just started offering a fee reduction for PropertyChat members so maybe ask about that.
